![]() I was about where I usually am on the course, no nuke drives but didn't feel like the cold stole any distance. I played yesterday in calm conditions and 55 degree temps. Definitely am excited to do some of the priming sessions with balls and hit the next program! My hope was to be just as far as I would be during the sumner and I achieved that goal and exceeded it at times. Also hit the 3w 260 into the drink on a long par 5 that I’m normally very safe with that shot in the summer. I had two 7w travel 240 on the air which would have been great if they weren’t on a par 5 and par 3 that I was 220 out. Basically was hitting the 7 w as far as my 3 w and the same throughout the bag. Towards the end of the round I was more dialed in with the irons and saw about a club length more with 7w- gap wedge. I found my bad drives/swings were when I was trying to swing fast, when I just made my “normal” swing the ball definitely jumped off the face and had that extra 10-20 yards. Considering it was 42 degrees out with some wind and overcast I was very happy! Still shot an 85 which is actually my high score on the handicap currently! I would say the stack has definitely translated to the course for me. I had at least 4-5 drives that carried 260+ and one was 285 carry. Considering that most drives would either plug or roll back a yard upon landing I was pretty thrilled. The swing on the course felt shaky at times but I also had some of my farthest drives ever on several holes. The pulley device on it actually allows you to customize it where the audible snap will occur at different angles so if you want less hinge or more you can adjust accordingly.Finished up last night after I played 18 holes! Also did the priming workout before the round. And then it snaps again when your wrist goes back to a more flat position or the other way. But in essence, it makes a loud snap noise once your wrist gets into position - you try to bend your wrist to the outside of your forearm. The gsnap doesn’t force anything but I could see how it looks like it pulls or pressures you into a position in the pictures. Can never decide between the two.įor the trailhand gsnap - I have it and have used it in the past but have never used the ProSendr or seen it in person. ![]() I actually was fitted for the 1.0 but grabbed the 4.0 off eBay super cheap. Big fan of Edel lately, for obvious reasons. But so far, I have to say.money well spent.Īnd nice flatstick in your signature block, by the way. I haven't offered much in feedback yet because I've only scratched the surface.haven't started to use the compression sphere at all. Once I was more deliberate about clearing my hips and making an in-sequence "ground up" swing when I took this to the range (and it's very easy to practice with, obviously), I saw a clear benefit to my ball-striking.Īgain, I hope to do an unofficial review in the future. That effectively prevents that over-hinging move, and I find I pivot and turn my hips more as a result. See that little lip that nearly covers my finger (in the second pic) when I get my trail wrist into flexion and into the cradle? I'm a halfway decent ball striker, but I do get across the line and "over-hinged" at the top of my backswing, and I often am guilty of a very upper-body heavy hands & arms swing. I do plan to do an unofficial review once I get a decent amount of reps and rounds under my belt since buying it, but so far I'm a fan of the ProSENDR. In my limited (but positive so far) experience with the ProSENDR, I can tell you that the Sean Foley/David Woods training videos place a lot of emphasis on you doing the work and you creating the positions, and that's what they espouse as the pathway to actually learning the movement. I'm 100% speculating, but that pic suggests a device that's looking to force you into a certain position. So I have absolutely zero familiarity with the Trailhead GSnap beyond the 30 seconds I just spent looking at it online. Does the ProSendr essentially accomplish the same things/goals as the Trailhand GSnap from George Gankas? Or are those products quite different?
